Boyd Andrew Community Services: Innovation & Accountability

Boyd Andrew Community Services (BACS) has been helping people improve their lives since 1974. Our original work was to provide outpatient services to adults in need of treatment for their chemical dependency in the Helena area. That single focus involved into providing prevention, intervention, and treatment to adolescents as well as adults in Lewis & Clark, Broadwater and Jefferson counties.

In the last ten years, we expanded our addiction services to include residential services to adult offenders in the correctional system. We now, also, manage several state-wide contracts – administratively overseeing adult residential services and prevention coalitions.

We are proud of our humble beginnings and excited about what the organization and its dedicated staff has accomplished. We currently employ over 70 individuals. Our facilities consist of an administrative and outpatient facility in Helena, satellite offices in Townsend, Boulder, and Whitehall, a residential transitional living facility, the Helena Pre-Release Center, Elkhorn Treatment Center, and the Montana Prevention Coalition.

We hope to be able to serve you. We will serve you well.
