Job: PREA Coordinator/Program Compliance Officer

Boyd Andrew Community Services (BACS) is hiring for a fulltime (FT) PREA Coordinator/Program Compliance Officer. This position is responsible for ensuring program compliance with respect to PREA, Emergency Operations Planning, and additional contract mandates at BACS facilities. This includes conducting self-audits of program contracts, regular staff trainings regarding PREA, acting as liaison between BACS, Department of Corrections, and community partners.

Applicants must have at least five (5) years Corrections experience. College degree in human services area is preferred. Successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable and pass a background check. Compensation depends on experience.
